Jung Logistique has signed a lease with Logicor for a 41,000 sqm warehouse in Lauwin-Planque.

I am delighted to welcome Jung Logistique to this prime building. Located 40km south of Lille, the Lauwin-Planque warehouse is a High Quality Environmental (HQE) certified construction in a renowned logistics centre close to the A1 and A21 highways, providing excellent access to the European supply chain corridor.

Logicor and Jung Logistique were advised by the real estate agency KPI on the transaction.

This transaction follows the recent leasing of a 31,000 sqm Logicor warehouse in Houplines to third-party logistics company Dispeo.

Logicor’s France warehouse portfolio totals 2.5 million sqm.
