25 Feb 2026: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, has signed a partnership with its new client, NRF, in the new logistics hub in Quarrata (Pistoia).
The company,a leading supplier of aftermarket automotive parts and industrial cooling solutions will occupy approximately 11,500 square meters of warehouse space and about 500 square meters of office space within a recently completed 23,000 square meter site on land owned by the closed-end real estate investment fund Mazer, managed by Kryalos SGR.
The property, strategically located just 20 kilometers from the center of Florence and close to the A11 Florence-Pisa motorway and the junction connecting it to the A1-Autostrada del Sole, is BREEAM Very Good certified and features that enhance its energy efficiency and limit its environmental impact, including a 2 MWh photovoltaic system and LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, and green areas to enhance local biodiversity.
The remaining 11,196 sqm unit is available for lease.
