- Logicor and existing customer, Farmfoods, have signed 25-year lease at Logicor Park Daventry
- Farmfoods will take all 800,000 sq ft of warehouse space development in order to expand UK operations
- Logicor Park Daventry is Logicor’s largest UK development to date – transformed from one asset into three separate units
2nd April 2026: Logicor has fully leased its largest UK development to supermarket chain Farmfoods who will now be able to expand their footprint across the UK.
Farmfoods, an existing Logicor customer, has signed a record 25-year lease for all three speculatively built units at Logicor Park Daventry. This signing is in addition to the 20 year lease signed with Farmfoods in 2020 for the 262,000 sq ft unit in Solihull.
Farmfoods will use the three units for frozen and ambient storage, transportation and recycling.
Logicor Park Daventry is strategically located in the logistics hotspot of the UK and was originally purchased in 2021. As part of the focus to expand our presence in high conviction markets, including through development, the site underwent full reconfiguration from one asset into three assets totalling 800,000sq ft and achieving a BREEAM Excellent. Daventry, a key submarket in the UK, continues to experience high demand for quality, modern buildings that meet the needs of distribution and 3PL companies driven by high consumer demand for goods.
