Logicor, a leading owner and operator of modern logistics facilities in Europe has signed a new 43,062 sqm lease agreement with Iberian third party logistics (3PL) company Luís Simões.

The lease is for modern warehouse space in two class A logistics buildings at Azambuja 6, a strategically located logistics park within Lisbon’s prime national distribution market. This transaction sees Luis Simões extend their previous footprint in the park by an additional by 7,500 sqm. Logicor’s Azambuja 6 park is now 100% occupied, with Luís Simões the sole tenant.
