With our comprehensive refurbishment of Midland 42 nearing completion, our team knew it offered the perfect space for Deponti to establish its first UK distribution facility. 

Located on the Midland Trading Estate in the Glebe Farm area of Rugby, Midland 42 is at the heart of Rugby’s largest employment area, fulfilling a key requirement in Deponti’s search.

The warehouse’s position, off the A426 Leicester Road with direct access to Junction 1 of the M6, offers the excellent connectivity to the UK motorway network needed to serve Deponti’s customers. 

Importantly, the refurbished 42,238 sq ft warehouse also offered the sustainable qualities Deponti was looking for, including LED lighting, EV charging and a BREEAM In-Use Very Good rating.  These features added to the detached property’s high-quality wider facilities, such as ground floor office space, a secure yard, and on-site staff car parking.

Deponti secured Midland 42 as its new UK base to serve its expanding UK operation, agreeing a new 10-year lease with Logicor.
