At Logicor, our mission is to help customers of all shapes and sizes find their perfect business space. As one of the UK’s largest warehouse landlords, we are able to leverage the size and breadth of our portfolio to provide unique and flexible solutions for our customers.
Our light industrial warehouse portfolio comprises of 100 industrial estates with approximately 1,200 tenants and totals 8m sq ft. These industrial units are located across the UK and range in size from 500-100,000 sq ft. Our space is strategically located along major motorways and in close proximity to the UK’s prime industrial and logistics locations.
Our UK team is based in London and Solihull, serving the whole of the UK so finding the right location is easy with us.
The majority of our assets are in the West Midlands, as well as in key towns and cities around the South East.
With a diverse industrial portfolio throughout the UK and typically 200 customer leases agreed each year, with over 85% of our existing customers choosing to either renew or grow their business with us, we will help you find a solution to suit your business’s needs.
Our focus has always been to work with our customers to find solutions together.
Whilst we work with business of all sizes, we have a particular focus on small to medium-size enterprises from all sectors. We pride ourselves on creating long-term relationships with our customers by working closely with them to ensure their facilities are optimised for their businesses creating mutually beneficial solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
