Located close to Peterborough city centre and five minutes’ drive from the A1, which links to the A14, the modern warehouse benefits from a 12m clear internal height, 50m truck yard depth and two-storey offices.

The building was originally let to Dart Products Europe Ltd (“Dart”) on a new lease from July 2017. This year, due to unforeseen headwinds within the plastic and paper cup industry, the decision was taken by Dart to close their Peterborough warehouse.

Dart were advised by Bidwells, who worked closely with Logicor to bring their lease, with seven years remaining, to an end. This made way for Taylor Wimpey, represented by Knight Frank, to take a new lease to service its building sites in the region.

Mike Best, Asset Manager at Logicor, says: “At Logicor we always strive to work closely with our customers, listening to their needs and concerns to ensure their property facilities suit their requirements, so we are delighted to be able to help in securing the best solution for Dart and, of course, it is great to welcome Taylor Wimpey, a new customer within our UK portfolio. Thanks to all the team who have worked extremely hard to provide the best solution for all.”
