Logicor, a leading owner and operator of modern logistics facilities across Europe, has signed a new ten-year lease with B&M Retail Ltd.

The 350,000 sq ft letting is at the Onyx350 building in Runcorn, Cheshire within the UK North West. B&M will use the facility to support their existing national distribution network.

Onyx350 is a high quality warehouse in a well-established logistics location in close proximity to the M56 motorway, the Port of Liverpool, and Manchester and Liverpool airports. It will also benefit from The Mersey Gateway Project, which will see a second river crossing due to open by 2017. There is also potential to expand the building by up to an additional 100,000 sq ft.
