Completed redevelopment supports Logicor’s largest UK letting

Logicor has completed the redevelopment of the 645,000 sqft (59,920 sqm) warehouse at Bonehill Road, Tamworth, and has handed the entire facility over to XPO Supply Chain UK (XPO), on a long-term lease.

The site, at a key distribution location in the Golden Triangle, previously housed a combined 595,000 sqft (55,277 sqm) warehouse unit, split into three bays. The middle unit has been redeveloped, raising the eaves height and adding an extra 50,000 sqft (4,645 sqm) of Grade A warehouse space to accommodate XPO’s requirement.

Throughout the re-development process we worked collaboratively with XPO, extending the property, agreeing a lease surrender plus supporting our tenant with their customer tender process. It is another example of a successful Logicor building redevelopment in close customer collaboration, with the end result being a new, long-term lease with XPO.”
