Logicor today announces that Charlie Howard, Logicor’s UK Director of Leasing and Customer Solutions, has been promoted to Managing Director, UK.

This new position expands on Charlie’s previous role and reflects the rapid growth of Logicor to become one of the Europe’s leading logistics and distribution property owners and operators. Charlie will continue to report directly to Mo Barzegar, CEO & President, Logicor.

Charlie joined Logicor in October 2013 from Anglesea Capital. He has worked in the UK logistics property market for 17 years, with previous roles at CBRE, M3 and Savills. Charlie holds a Master’s Degree in Land Management from the University of Reading as well as an honours degree in Psychology, Management and Economics from Durham University.
