Dunelm chose to work with us on their warehouse expansion plans and, following their fit out, have taken immediate occupation of its new Stoke-on-Trent warehouse. The new site will help Dunelm meet customer demands by becoming a key element in the growth of Dunelm’s furniture business, enabling them to provide better delivery service levels. 

Our warehouse was the ideal solution for Dunelm, with the location being key to their well-established foundations in the area. The move also supports Dunelm’s focus on innovating and improving its customer proposition, as well as the growth in home delivery and click & collect operations that resulted from the pandemic.

Following completion of a schedule of works within the unit, Dunelm have commenced operations from the property.
