May 27 2026: Logicor has agreed a lease at Derby 507, its newly completed 508,003 sq ft logistics facility at Infinity Park Derby, within the Golden Triangle, East Midlands.
Derby 507 is part of Logicor’s drive to grow in key markets, like the East Midlands, that continue to experience strong demand from occupiers, specifically those in supply chain and distribution.
The deal follows Logicor's recent leasing of Logicor Park Daventry, its 800,000 sq ft flagship UK development, to supermarket chain Farmfoods on a 25-year lease, announced in April 2026.
