Logicor secures new letting at Redditch Industrial Estate

Logicor has let Unit 9, Lakeside Industrial Estate in Redditch, Worcestershire to Edge Equipment Hire.

The specialist equipment hire company has relocated to Lakeside Industrial Estate from its head office within Redditch, taking the 6,800 sq ft unit on a new five-year lease. This brings the 200,000 sq ft estate to almost full capacity with one remaining unit under offer.
