Logicor has let 2 Cartside Avenue, Inchinnan, Renfrew PA4 9RU to Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd.

The 30,072 sq ft warehouse, with two-storey offices has been let to the gas generation company on a new three-year lease. The property is located adjacent to Glasgow International Airport, close to Junction 29 of the M8 Motorway.

Peak Scientific were keen to move quickly on securing new accommodation. We worked with them closely to accommodate their needs."

We are well underway to get our warehouse transition closed this weekend and operational from Monday, and the Training facility is running already. It’s a great space and I’m hoping already that we will revisit and extend the lease going forward."
