Logicor secures three new lettings at Hillmead Complex, Swindon

Logicor has secured three new leases, totalling 26,064 sq ft, at the Hillmead Complex, Marshall Road, Swindon. The 115,711 sq ft multi-let industrial estate is now full let

UK based soft drink manufacturer Vimto has taken a lease on the newly refurbished Units 6 and 7, totalling 13,055 sq ft, which will be home to a brand-new production facility. Unit 10 has been let to Suds Online and Blue Frog Packaging has expanded on the estate to take a further 7,854 sq ft at Unit 8.

We are delighted to have secured these new lettings. Blue Frog Packaging, was already in occupation of Unit 11 and the new letting of Unit 8 takes their total occupied space up to 15,583 sq ft."
