Kesko in Sweden, a subsidiary of one of Europe's largest trading groups Kesko Group, expanded its relationship with Logicor, a leading European owner and manager of logistics real estate, by leasing a part of the refurbished Pilängen facility in Örebro, Sweden.

The former terminal was subject to refurbishment work which included splitting the cross-docking asset into a multi-let warehouse as well as installing LED lighting across entire property. Further tenant improvements are ongoing on the site.

The warehouse lies within a well-established logistics location in Örebro, inside in the logistics triangle encompassing Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Its location in the intersection of highways E18 and E20 offers flexible access to major transport links across Sweden.

The lease commences in spring 2022. Colliers advised Logicor on the leasing transaction.
