Logicor welcomes Bring to terminal in Pilängen, Örebro

March 03, 2025 | KUKKA EEROLA

PRESS RELEASE

Bring, one of the Nordics’ leading third-party logistics providers, leases 7,400 sqm of logistics space and expands its relationship with Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate. The facility is strategically located in Pilängen, linking major Swedish transport hubs. Logicor is set to refurbish the facility.

Logicor has signed a lease agreement with logistics company Bring. Over a period of seven years, Bring will lease 7,400 sqm of logistics space in Pilängen, Örebro. For Bring, this expansion in Örebro means a significant increase in logistics capacity, allowing the handling of twice as many parcels compared to its previous terminal.

Bring will profit from a strategic location in Örebro which is located within close proximity to highways E18 and E20, enabling strong links to major population centres, including Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo.

As the agreement between Logicor and Bring goes into effect, the facility in Örebro is set to undergo ambitious refurbishments. This includes modernising the office spaces, installing new gates and building a new road for trucks entering and exiting the facility.

We are pleased to welcome Bring, one of the Nordics’ leading third-party logistics providers, to our facility in Örebro and working as a partnership, supporting their growth journey.  We are making this well-located facility more efficient through our refurbishments and creating a pleasant working environment for Bring.

Christoffer Walljaeger

Director of Asset Management at Logicor Sweden

With this expansion, we are not only increasing our capacity but also improving the working environment for our employees. As we scale up operations, we will also need to expand our workforce over time.
