Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has acquired a 19.3k sqm site in Rosersberg, Stockholm in an off-market deal, with Corem Property Group AB. The price is undisclosed.
The acquisition is a strategic move that will strengthen Logicor’s presence in a key European market where demand for modern logistics space continues to outstrip supply.
The site has the potential to develop ~9k sqm of logistics space, split over two equal sized units.
The high quality, energy efficient developments will target BREEAM Excellent or equivalent with solar panels and LED lighting and green space designed to support the local biodiversity of the site.
Located less than 30km from the centre of Stockholm, the site has direct access to the E4 motorway connecting Stockholm to Arlanda Airport, Northern Sweden, and the major cities to the south: Gothenburg, Jönköping, Malmö and Helsingborg.
