19 MAY 2023: Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed a 5,000 sqm extension for existing customer Mauser Poland, in Gliwice, Poland. 

The newly extended logistics and business area now totals 9,000 sqm and includes 4,100 sqm of new, modern warehouse space and 134 sqm of office space. 
Mauser Poland, a local subsidiary of Mauser Packaging Solutions, provides industrial packaging solutions and services to customers in a variety of industries. An occupier of Logicor Gliwice I park since 2012, this extension will help further grow the business by increasing its intermediate bulk container (IBC) reconditioning and rebottling services across the region.

Mauser’s global recovery and refurbishing network provides a steady supply of high-quality reconditioned IBCs. Reconditioned IBCs have smaller carbon footprints, helping to reduce the company’s environmental impact while still delivering safe results. 

The extended logistics area is equipped with high-quality materials (e.g., epoxy floor), LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system and innovative tools, including user-friendly automatic vehicle registration plate recognition technology.
