Logicor leases Building 2 in Łazy to InPost

E-commerce logistics company InPost has signed a lease agreement for all 6,451 sqm of Building 2 in Logicor Łazy park.
E-commerce logistics company InPost has signed a lease agreement for all 6,451 sqm of Building 2 in Logicor Łazy park. The cross-dock building offers 5,800 sqm of warehouse space and 651 sqm of office space and will act as one of InPost’s regional distribution centers serving the Warsaw region.
Wojciech Kądziołka, spokesperson at Integer.pl Group, the owner of InPost, said:
"InPost is a leader in volume increases both in terms of Parcel Lockers and courier services. In both these segments in 2017 we recorded over 50% growth. The rapid development of the company means that our demand for modern warehouse and office space is growing, which is why we decided to choose Logicor's offer.”
Logicor Łazy park is located in Łazy near Aleja Krakowska - the main exit route (E-77) towards Cracow, 5 km away from Janki and only 22 km from the center of Warsaw. An additional advantage of this modern warehouse and office complex totaling 24,000 sqm. is a short distance from the national road S8 "Opacz-Paszków", which provides a very convenient connection with the A2 highway, as well as the capital city.
