DHL Supply Chain renews lease with Logicor on extended and improved site in Raciborz, Poland

DHL Supply Chain has renewed its lease with Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, on an improved and extended facility in Raciborz. The c.10,000sqm extension now takes the facility to c.32,000sqm.

The site, which is ideally located for distribution purposes, will enable DHL Supply Chain to continue to service their long-term customer, Henkel, a multinational chemical and consumer company – who have household brands such as Unibond and Schwarzkopf in their portfolio.

Located c.4 km from the city centre of Racibórz, and approximately 20 km from the Polish-Czech border, and c.35 km from Ostrava, Czechia, the development is now more sustainable and includes LED lighting linked to a smart system, solar panels on the roof and smart metering. The automatic vehicle registration plate recognition technology enables safer and more efficient traffic flow around the site.
