Logicor signs construction agreement with Aan de Stegge Twello for the redevelopment of Ambachtstraat 40–42 in Venray
Amsterdam, 29 October 2025 - Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a construction agreement with Aan de Stegge Twello for the redevelopment of its site at Ambachtstraat 40–42 in Venray. This marks the next step in transforming the property into a state-of-the-art, sustainable distribution centrewith a total area of approximately 24,410 sqm, designed to meet BREEAM-NL Excellent standards.

The new distribution centre will comprise a warehouse of 20,835 sqm, a mezzanine of 2,325 sqm, and office space of 1,250 sqm. The development will prioritise sustainability and energy efficiency, featuring EV charging stations, energy-efficient installations, and rooftop solar panels. Together, these elements will provide optimal facilities for the logistics operations of the future while reducing environmental impact.
With this redevelopment, we are strengthening our logistics portfolio in the south-east of the Netherlands with a modern and energy-efficient distribution centre. Located on the Smakterheide industrial estate in Venray, the site offers excellent accessibility via the A73 (Nijmegen–Roermond) and direct connections to the A67 (Antwerp–Venlo) and A2 (Amsterdam–Maastricht). The Wanssum barge terminal is just 10 kilometres away, and the Venlo rail terminal is also easily accessible — making the site ideal for efficient national and international distribution.
Construction is scheduled to begin later this year.
