Kyocera Fastening Solutions selects strategic location at Flevopoort Business Park
Amsterdam, 7 October 2025 - Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Kyocera Fastening Solutions. The manufacturer and distributor of fastening materials is leasing Unit 1 of the newly completed distribution centre at Poseidonweg in Lelystad. This logistics unit comprises approximately 13,000 sqm.

The facility was delivered earlier this year and spans a total of 40,000 sqm. It is located on Flevopoort I Business Park, a strategically positioned logistics hotspot with direct access to the A6 motorway and excellent connections to Schiphol Airport, the Port of Amsterdam, and Utrecht. The nearby CTU Flevokust container terminal also makes this an ideal location for companies operating both nationally and internationally via road and water.
The lease to an international player such as Kyocera highlights the quality and appeal of this development. This distribution centre provides them with the scale and flexibility to realise their growth ambitions at Flevopoort, Lelystad.

The facility offers modern specifications, including a clear height of 12.2 metres, super-flat floors, 35 loading docks, three overhead doors, and a floor load capacity of 50 kN/m². Developed to the highest sustainability standards, the building holds a BREEAM Very Good rating and an A+++ EPC certificate. It is largely self-sufficient in energy thanks to a smart energy management system combining solar panels and battery storage. This enables a future-proof energy supply that is less dependent on the increasingly congested Dutch electricity grid.
