An ideal solution in a strategic location for anyone requiring a space that will be ready in a short period of time.  With an area of more than 14,000 sqm, the existing property has numerous loading bays along the main facade and is broken down internally into two sections.

Handover: within 6/7 months, from the signing of a contractual agreement.

SOLUTION 2 - New class A development fitted out with all the features of a modern logistics warehouse.

Perfect option for anyone looking for a logistics solution with state-of-the-art plant and systems. The new warehouse will have flexible and customisable internal layout with:

* loading bays along the main facade;

* charging station for electrical cars;

* systems for the management of plant and systems and controlling energy consumption;
