Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has signed a new lease with existing customer for a larger space to support the growth of its business.
The global logistics operator has signed a 20,000sqm lease for a 50,000sqm warehouse, owned by a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR.
The warehouse is located in the Mozzecane (VR) hub, a prime area for logistics operations in the North-East of Italy: 18 km from Mantua, 23 km from Verona and 2.4 km from A22 Autostrada del Brennero.
The property has been developed to high sustainability standards and is LEED Gold certified, with key features including EV Charging points and LED lighting.
