- Over one-third of the new logistics platform leased to a French industrial operator
- A new tenant for Logicor
- Space reconfigured to meet the operational requirements of a high-value, low-emission maintenance business
May 28 2026 – Logicor has welcomed Trensitis (a joint venture between NaTran and Storengy) to its Conflans-Sainte-Honorine facility (78). Trensitis, a specialist services company focused on low-emission maintenance of gas infrastructure, has signed a lease with Logicor for Unit 3 of the newly delivered building. To support its new tenant, Logicor adapted the platform's loading access points to meet the specific operational requirements of Trensitis's activities.
Trensitis has taken occupancy of Unit 3 (3,256 sq m) within the 10,075 sq m building, recently delivered. Located at the western gateway to Greater Paris, 25 km from the capital, the site offers a strategic position close to France's primary consumption catchment area, with direct access to major road infrastructure including the N184 and A15 motorway.
The Greater Paris logistics market is characterised by sustained occupier demand and a structurally limited supply of new, high-quality facilities, a combination that underpinned Logicor’s conviction in developing this platform and that continues to generate strong interest from prospective tenants.
To accommodate Trensitis and reflect the industrial nature of its operations (storage and maintenance of industrial equipment), Logicor reconfigured access to the unit. Several loading docks were replaced with level-access ramps using metal structures, enabling a space originally designed for distribution to be repurposed for more industrial use — fully aligned with the operational demands of a green maintenance activity with strong environmental credentials.
The warehouse holds BREEAM Very Good certification and features three rooftop photovoltaic arrays of 147 kWp each (441 kWp total), LED lighting, and 6,114 sq m of green spaces. The building is also registered as ICPE 1510* and provides 24 car parking spaces, 10 of which are pre-fitted for EV charging.
