Agathe Pouget-Abadie joins Logicor as Head of Asset Management France

Paris, September 5, 2024 — Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, is strengthening its French management team with the appointment of Agathe Pouget Abadie as Head of Asset Management.

In the newly created role, Agathe Pouget Abadie will manage an 8-strong asset management team in charge of day to day operations and value creation on Logicor’s French logistics big boxes portfolio of approximately 3 million square meters.

She joins from UK based real estate business, Hammerson, where she was most recently Director of Asset Management, Development and Investment, and brings years of experience in the real estate sector, having previously held asset and project management roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Canal + Group. She graduated from EM Lyon Business School.

Based in Paris, Agathe will work alongside Country Manager, Laurent Dubos, and oversee the asset management of Logicor’s big boxes logistics properties across France.

This portfolio consists of more than 100 buildings, all located within key production and population hubs connected to major transportation routes. The majority of these properties are situated along the main French freight transport corridor.
