Logicor’s France’s portfolio comprises a large variety of assets ranging from light industrial and specialised cross-dock facilities to class A logistics warehouses and parks.
45% of our assets are located in the Ile-de-France region, France’s first logistics real estate market. Outside of the Ile de France region, our investments are concentrated on buildings close to main highway corridors, major employment and consumer areas, along with areas supporting multimodal transport.
Besides our existing substantial logistics portfolio we can also develop built-to-suit customer premises on land we already own across France.
Our clients include major national and international logistics players. In addition, we work closely with multiple mass-market retailers, pharmaceutical, sports equipment and automotive companies, as well as manufacturers.
We look to build strong relationships with our tenants based on mutual trust and take pride in providing clear advice on real estate and location strategy. Our European network is a major strength for our clients, as we can assist them with potential opportunities outside of France.
