Logicor strengthens team in Finland with new appointment

Timo Simolin appointed as Head of Asset Management

Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has strengthened its team in Finland with the appointment of Timo Simolin as Head of Asset Management.

Timo brings extensive experience in the real estate industry from his previous roles at Mileway, AB Sagax and Newsec. Together with the team, he will further drive Logicor’s asset management and leasing activities in Finland. Timo holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from Aalto University.

Timo joins us at an exciting time as we focus strongly on developing our well-located portfolio in Finland. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Timo’s expertise will be invaluable. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.
