Dear Logicor Stakeholder,

As you are well aware, COVID-19 continues to rapidly spread across Europe and has affected most of us, our communities, our families, our daily lives and our businesses. Our thoughts and well wishes go out to all those impacted.

I wanted to communicate how Logicor has prepared for and is reacting to this global pandemic.

The situation is evolving daily but we are pleased to let you know that our people, processes and business activities continue to operate almost as normal as can be in these difficult times.

Our people

Like many businesses, we are following governmental advice and adopting the relevant measures in all the regions in which we operate.

Virtually all our employees are now working from home, with external meetings, events and travel postponed.

We have enacted our business continuity plan and with appropriate and robust technological solutions in place we expect to maintain this approach across our business for the foreseeable future.

This is causing minimal disruption to our teams across Europe who continue working, are contactable and proceeding with their usual business operations and behaviours as far as is practically possible, albeit from the safety and security of their homes.

One of our Core Values that we adhere to is working “As One”. This is more important than ever as we adapt to this new working environment and I am confident with the steps that we are taking, which include daily check-ins and all staff virtual meetings, that we will keep everyone connected and supported, in turn, supporting communication externally with you and all of our additional Logicor friends and stakeholders.

Supporting our customers

The impact of COVID-19 will clearly be felt in the economy and to that extent, as a conscientious asset manager and landlord, our teams are fully prepared to support our customers and we will endeavour, where we can, to minimise impact or disruption to normal business activities. Our asset management teams remain in constant contact with our logistics warehouse customers, suppliers and service providers to discuss how we can best collaborate and support each other in the current climate.

I reiterate that for now, it is predominantly business as usual with our construction, leasing and asset management projects continuing where appropriate and possible to do so. We will, of course, continue to monitor this and consult with relevant parties to determine if things need to change or if further action is required.

In the meantime, if you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual Logicor contact.

Wishing you and your family well,

Michael Slattery
