Michał Ptaszyński has been promoted to Head of Asset Management CEE at Logicor.

In his new role he will oversee the development and execution of property level strategies to enhance asset value and meet the investment objectives of Logicor’s portfolio in CEE.

Michał Ptaszyński has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Logicor in 2018, as a Senior Asset Manager in the Warsaw office.  His responsibilities included: implementation of budget assumptions, the acquisition of new tenants and negotiating lease agreements in facilities across the Logicor CEE portfolio. Before joining Logicor, he worked at Prologis for six years as a Director in the Land & Development department. Previous to this, he held various managerial positions at Torus – the real estate developer from Gdansk, and at the Management Group “Pomerania” and the Pomerania Development Agency.

Michał Ptaszyński is a graduate of the Faculty of Geodesy and Geospatial Engineering at the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He holds a professional license in Real Estate Management and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
