9th February 2026 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has completed the acquisition of a strategically located logistics property in Budaörs, in the western corridor of Budapest.
The newly acquired freehold asset, now named Logicor Alligator, comprises approximately 28,000 sqm of warehouse and office space and is located within the M0 Budapest ring road, just 12 kilometres from Budapest city centre. Directly adjacent to the Logicor-owned Camel, Shark and Pharma parks.

The property is currently 80% leased, which occupies approximately 22,000 sqm. The lessee is a global logistics provider whose core areas of expertise include freight forwarding, contract logistics, supply chain optimisation, ground transportation and project logistics.
