- Development works have been completed on a new warehouse covering over 23,000 sqm in Quarrata, in the province of Pistoia
- Breeam Very Good certified, it is characterized by high energy efficiency and low environmental impact
The 23,000 sqm logistics hub in Quarrata, in the province of Pistoia, consists of a 22,000 sqm warehouse, hosting two units of 11,500 sqm each, and approximately 1,000 m2 of offices. The site, which stands on a 34,000 sqm plot of land acquired through the Mazer fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund owned by Logicor and managed by Kryalos SGR, is strategically located near the A11 Florence-Pisa motorway and the junction connecting it to the A1-Autostrada del Sole motorway, just 20 kms from the centre of Florence.
BREEAM Very Good certified, the property has features that enhance its energy efficiency and limit its environmental impact, including a 2 MWh photovoltaic system and LED lighting, electric vehicle charging points, rainwater harvesting systems and green areas to improve local biodiversity.
