Role Overview
Logicor is one of the largest owners of distribution and logistics warehouses in the UK with a total of 32m sq ft across 176 high-quality locations. In addition, our award-winning UK team manage a significant amount of distribution assets on behalf of third parties
The purpose of the role is to maximise the performance of the Multi-Let portfolio by:

Managing void space

Increasing the rental tone
-
Increasing the lease length
-
Increasing valuation
-
Improving the tenant mix
-
Improving the quality of the products
-
Identifying refurbishment requirements
-
Efficiently managing costs

Main Responsibilities:
To work with the Portfolio Director in respect of:

Lease renewals/ targeted regears
-
Rent reviews
-
Lettings
-
Establish strong working relationships with current tenants and leverage opportunities

Work with external letting agents to produce marketing campaigns and let void space
-
Work with the external property managers to maximise efficient portfolio management including, rent
collection, service charge works etc

Arrange and manage capex projects
-
Work with other external advisors to manage building contracts and the dilapidations process
-
Increase the value of the portfolio by maximising rental streams and added value initiatives

Manage refurbishment contracts
-
Achieve and exceed savings against budget
-
Actively assist with acquisitions and sales

Regular site visits and tenant meetings across the UK (hence ability to travel)
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

A good understanding of property, specifically within the industrial sector

Commercial property experience, ideally 1 year+ post-qualified

Personable and confident when dealing with agents

Excellent organisational skills and time management
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills
-
A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
