Logicor was able to work quickly with Hermes Parcelnet, an existing customer elsewhere, to provide a temporary solution within 48 hours of a fire at a separate site, minimizing the impact on Hermes Parcelnet’s customers and strengthening our relationship with them.


Onyx350 is located on Manor Park, Runcorn in one of the best distribution locations in the North West in close proximity to both the M56 and M6. The unit was acquired vacant by Logicor. Hermes Parcelnet had a fire at one of their existing sites and urgently required additional space during their peak pre-Christmas trading period.


As an existing landlord of Hermes Parcelnet at a separate facility, Hermes approached Logicor about identifying alternative temporary space to ensure there was no impact on their customers during a key trading period. Logicor was able to provide Hermes Parcelnet with a short term, flexible solution at Onyx350, Runcorn within 48 hours.


Hermes Parcelnet began operating from Onyx350, Runcorn within 48 hours of the fire at their existing facility minimising the impact to their customers. Logicor was proud to be able to provide a solution to one of our customers in such a short timeframe and have strengthened our relationship with Hermes Parcelnet.
