4th June 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Bárbara Mazón as Head of Asset Management for Spain. Bárbara Mazón will report to Pilar Valencia, Logicor's Country Manager for Spain.
With more than two decades ofexperience in the real estate sector, Mazón has spent a significant part of her career working at international fund management firms. Prior to joining Logicor, she was Head of Asset management at Abrdn. Mazón has also held the positions of Asset Manager at Patrizia Immobilien AG and Operations Manager at General Electric Capital Real Estate.
In her new role, Mazón will oversee Logicor's asset management operations and team in Spain, where the company has one of the largest and most diversified portfolio of logistics real estate in the market, totalling more than 1.4 million square metres. The portfolio is located in the most important and strategic areas of the country such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
