• A long-term tenant in place since 2015 secures the site for logistics services

Logicor has agreed a long-term lease extension with Reinhard Frank Spedition und Transportunternehmen for approximately 17,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Industriestraße 7 in Niederaula, Hessen.
The asset comprises a freestanding logistics facility on a site of approximately 53,400 sqm. Reinhard Frank has operated at the location since 2015 and, through the lease renewal, secures the long-term continuity of its customer relationships at this established logistics hub. The regionally based transport company uses the property as a core element of its logistics service offering.

The property benefits from a well-connected location with direct access to the Hattenbach motorway interchange, where the A4 (east–west), A5 (north–south) and A7 (north–south) motorways intersect.
