Logicor renews lease agreement with leading German company in Brandenburg

Logicor has renewed its lease agreement with BSH Hausgeräte GmbH for one of its logistics properties in Nauen (Brandenburg, Germany) from its existing portfolio. The tenant occupies approximately 52,000 sqm, representing the entire property's space. The renewal includes a Green Lease clause, committing both tenant and landlord to further conserve natural resources and optimize energy consumption of the leased property. Thereby, making a significant contribution to climate protection.

Since 2015, Logicor has owned and managed the property, enhancing Nauen's role as a crucial logistics and economic center in the Brandenburg region. The renewal of BSH's contract further underscores this development. Initially formed as a collaboration between Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG, BSH is now an integral part of the Bosch Group. This extension of the agreement further solidifies Logicor's standing as a leading owner and operator of logistics properties in Germany.
