04 September 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer has welcomed its first customer to the recently completed development in Příšovice.
Plzeňský Prazdroj, the largest Czech Beer producer, has leased 7,500 sqm as its regional distribution centre, from which it will be able to efficiently supply its customers in northern and eastern Bohemia. Beer from the warehouse will be served in restaurants in popular ski resorts and other holiday destinations, such as the Giant Mountains and Bohemian Paradise.
The new facility, strategically located on the D10 motorway hub connecting Prague, Mlada Boleslav, Liberec and the borders with Poland and Germany, will help Plzeňský Prazdroj to streamline its distribution operation, enabling growth in the region. The site also has easy connection to the Czech rail network, thanks to the on-site railway siding.
The new premises – which also include 470 sqm of office space meet the high demands for quality, safety and sustainability – are fully tailored to the specific needs of Plzeňský Prazdroj.

In addition to the park in Příšovice, Logicor is preparing a development in Průmyslová Street in central Prague, where it intends to provide services for customers who need to solve last mile logistics with a focus on consumers in the centre of the Prague agglomeration.
Logicor currently owns or manages more than 115,000 sqm of logistics space across the Czech Republic.
