Jorma Lehtonen

Jorma Lehtonen joined Logicor in​ December 2015 as Managing Director, Nordics. He has 33 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Previously Mr. Lehtonen was CEO at Certeum Oy where he oversaw a 1.3 million sqm logistics and industrial property portfolio predominantly located in Finland's largest cities including Helsinki, Tampere and Turku. Between 2011 and 2014 he was Managing Director at Skanska Commercial Development Finland. Between 2007 and 2011 he was a Fund Director at CapMan Oyj, a leading Nordic investment company. Prior to 2007 he served as Managing Director at RBS Nordisk Renting Oy and Real Estate Director at Sampo Oyj.

Mr. Lehtonen holds a Civil Engineering MSc from the University of Technology, Helsinki.
